About Shi Yue

Shi Yue, art director, was born in Shanghai, China.

She works as an art director since 2019 in Mccann World Group in Milan. She has provided creative direction, art design, and production of digital and social campaigns for many international clients:  L'Oréal, Nespresso, IQOS, Coca-Cola, Fineco, Brembo, Gruppo BCC Iccrea, etc. In 2016, she joined Publicis in Shanghai, as a creative intern who worked in the luxury team La Maison, and created the social and outdoor campaign for L'Oréal and Cartier.

 

She has extensive art direction experience for European and Chinese clients. In 2018, she organized an art show with a historic Chinese shoe brand – Warrior, in the Museum of Contemporary Art Shanghai. Shi Yue has a knack for observing Eastern and Western cultures and gaining insight. As a freelance Chinese copywriter, she writes fashion and art critiques for Harper's Bazaar, ELLE Man, Art China, Ideat. In 2019, one of her articles about the Venice Biennale won the International Awards for Art Criticism prize.
